Terms of Service

Racimo · Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Racimo, practice-management software for independent professionals who work by appointment. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Racimo does

Racimo helps a practitioner manage clients, appointments, services, finances and a public booking page, and helps them set aside the portion of their income owed in tax. It is a tool used by the practitioner. It does not provide health services, and it is not a party to the relationship between a practitioner and their clients.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created through Google Sign-In and are for a single practitioner. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of the Google account it depends on. You must be legally able to enter a contract and to practise in your jurisdiction.

3. Your data and your clients

Records you enter about your clients remain yours. Racimo stores and processes them on your instruction, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record what you record, for any professional confidentiality obligation you are under, and for responding to requests from your clients about their own data.

4. Tax figures are information, not advice

Racimo calculates what to set aside from a payment and when a filing is due. These figures are informational, are not tax, legal or accounting advice, and do not replace your own tax return. Racimo does not file anything with any authority on your behalf. Rates are encoded from published rules and can change or be misapplied to a situation they were not written for. You remain solely responsible for what you declare and pay. Confirm anything that matters with a qualified professional in your country before relying on it.

Where Racimo indicates that a document must be authorised by a tax authority before it is valid, obtaining that authorisation is your responsibility unless and until Racimo states that it performs the submission for you.

5. Payments between you and your clients

Where you connect your own merchant account, your clients pay you, directly into that account. Racimo never receives, holds, transmits or refunds that money, and is not a payment institution, an escrow agent or an intermediary. We are informed only that a payment occurred, so that a booking can be confirmed and a set-aside recorded.

Consequently, disputes, chargebacks, refunds and fees arising from those payments are between you, your client and your payment provider, under that provider's terms.

Cancellation and refund terms are yours to set, not ours. Racimo can display the policy you choose and can stop a client rescheduling outside it, but because we never hold the money we cannot issue a refund on your behalf. Where one is owed, you make it in your payment provider's own tools.

5b. Issuing your boletas

If you ask Racimo to issue your boletas de honorarios electrónicas, you authorise a named person at Racimo as a usuario autorizado in your own account at the Servicio de Impuestos Internos. You grant that authorisation yourself, in the SII's portal, and you can withdraw it there at any time. We never ask for your Clave Tributaria and will never hold it.

Three things follow, and they matter:

We may stop offering this at any time, in which case you would issue your boletas directly in the SII's portal, as you would without Racimo.

6. Subscription and billing

Racimo is a single subscription at one price, billed monthly or annually. Every feature is included; there are no tiers.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Racimo to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to access another account's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell it as your own product.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Racimo available and correct, but it is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calendar synchronisation, reminders or third-party integrations will always succeed.

Keep your own records of anything you are legally required to retain. Do not rely on Racimo as your only copy of information you cannot afford to lose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racimo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost income, lost goodwill, or missed appointments. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Racimo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the application at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Racimo after that constitutes acceptance.

11b. Data processing / Tratamiento de datos personales (Ley 21.719)

This clause is the processing agreement between you and Racimo required by Chilean Law 21.719, which comes into force on 1 December 2026. It is written in both languages because it is the one clause your own clients' rights depend on.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you use Racimo as a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Nothing in that paragraph displaces Chilean data protection law. Where you or your clients are in Chile, Law 21.719 applies to the processing described in clause 11b and in the Privacy Policy, and the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales is competent regardless of this clause.
